Willow Tree Designs: Who I am

This is me!

I am a lover of fun, Jesus and all things beautiful like snow capped mountians and green rolling fields! I love to be left in awe and trying to catch my breath! Emotions are wonderful! I like to be creative, but most days get stuck in the day to day of laundry, cooking and cleaning! My two girls are my world and make me want to change more every day!

I have the honor of staying home with my adorably, wonderful, fun-loving and down right amazing girls all day, every day and I love it! Well, most days! I like to make them unique clothes. We simply can't afford boutique style clothes, and I just don't want them to look like every other kid on the swing set. So........ I started making them! My first step in the sewing world was simple headbands, then I tried skirts, then dresses and I now adorable baby shoes! You are sure to be stopped every time your baby has them on...I know cause it happened to me! Then I needed a bridal shower gift ASAP and I was out of money and decided to make an apron with what fabric I had in my sewing bag. To my surprise it turned out fantastic! So there you have it...Willow Tree Designs was born!

So now after hearing too many " You should sell those!!", I am giving into peer pressure (and a tight budget, lets be honest!) and starting a little store! I try to sew at nap time and bedtime continuing to build up my products. I am so glad you took a peek and hope you like what you see.
